When a Visitor arrives in the Infinity Dungeon Train, if they are lucky they can find a Companion or two to help them on their journey to Zero Out. Companionship is not without some great perks…Companions become stronger, faster, more hardy to help keep their charge alive as they move through the Train. This is also a huge perk; only Companion residents can leave their worlds. Most are pretty happy where they are, but some yearn for a life beyond what they’ve known.
Upon registering, a Visitor will be greeted by one of several ‘wizards’, small Pokémon that explain a ‘little’ about what’s going on while also being incredibly and annoyingly vague about the bigger picture. Companions are bonded to their Visitor and receive some accessory as a symbol of their bond, as well as one Move. The Visitor gets to choose four Moves, three for themselves and one to share with the party. It’s a remarkably bonding experience, as the process…and deciding on which Moves to take…can take hoours.
