I'm starting to realize that these two boys look pretty similar, so I am hoping this clarifies who is who and give some back story. Victor (left) and Arthur (right) are brothers. Victor has embraced the family legacy of being evil and makes it his life's work to put Daphne through as much hell as possible. Arthur on the other hand decided to walk a kinder path in life and became the sidekick of Steve. This led him to meet Daphne, and now the two are a couple. The brothers literally and metaphorically fight over Daphne constantly.
