Back in 2004 I did some Naruto pen and paper RPG with a friend. Our ninja group ran across some hostile group made from deserters of unknown origin who used chakra to fuse their bodies together with that of other ninjas, stealing their abilities. They all looked like creepy horror movie rejects, this is one of them.

It's fun submitting all of these old works and taking a stroll down memory lane. We are nearly done with 2004 and are slowly leaving the years of anime for the years of furry creatures.
