Uh Oh! Seems Grendel and Irvin have teamed up as a pair of adventureres who are sure to terrorize monsters and towns alike. One made the mistake of offering up a reward for dealing with their troubles by all one could eat and drink along with their weight in gold. It was even a bigger mistake to let them drink their fill BEFORE the whole weight in gold thing.

You really gotta be careful of these things. Rats can't be underestimated, even more so when it comes to these two. Irvin has a way to go, being new to this level of glut, but he couldn't have a better teacher than Grendel. He also has quite a bit to make up for his smaller size, but hey the two are having the time of their lives as the living kegs don't seem to be slowing down or stoping. All the townsfolk can do is watch on with horror at their loss of stock and soon to be all their gold. Maybe they were better off with the monsters they wanted gone.

Hey the two are sure enjoying themselves to the most and will waddle their way off to the next adventure soon, leaving the chaos of their celebration in their wake.

I am so happy to finally have gotten something involving these two together. Grendel was for sure a huge influence on the creation of Irvin!
