That's the thing, wouldn't you rather go Recruiter->Commandant->Necrovalley, it insures you get your support card on the field, and it blocks an attack. Plus you can search for spy too. It gives the deck a more toolbox element rather than a swarm.

Actually you can't search for Spy with Recruiter, cause the monster has to have 1500 Def or less! Besides, with 3 Necro, 3 Commandant, and 2 Priestess, having 8 ways of obtaining Necro is well in its own, cause if you spend too much space overkilling one method, you lose options for a good backup plan! XD
The main theme of the deck is to prevent opponent's from summoning, while mass summoning your own stuff for a clean sweep of the field! :D
The Flamvell's are just an extra for tuning, to take advantage of the amount of Synchro material on the field for easy level 7's and 8's, which works incredibly well! :3
