When I am finished with each piece I inevitably have a few scraps of clay left over. There is never enough to make anything more than a single swirled bead, but I just can't bring myself to throw them away no matter how small. I set them aside and watched as the pile of lonely clay bits began to grow... until I realized they weren't quite so alone...

This whimsical tentacle bead pendant was born of these wonderful little bits...and I'm so happy that I didn't just brush them into the trash!

The bead is not quite 2 inches long and will come on matching woven corn. I have several colors available and will choose the one that brings out the most in the piece.
