I'm cleaning up an idea for a future cookbook illustration. This illo would appear on a page explaining how marzipan was used to create elaborate edible sculptures ("subtleties"), crafted for Medieval banquets. Seen here, Marsha tries to gently reprimand a very young protege whose interest in her creation is based entirely on how it tastes.
