I want to say thank you. First of all, to myself, for finding the strength to survive this terrible year. My life has turned into utter hell, and I decided for myself that from the new year 2023 I will start attending psychotherapy, because I have constant stress, constant fear, anxiety, aggression, hatred for absolutely everything I see, I have lost empathy, I no longer feel any emotions except fear, sadness and aggression. I was tired of living in eternal anxiety, and sometimes I made hasty conclusions, almost accidentally not making irreversible decisions. But thanks to all those who have always been with me. I hope to change my life for the better, I want to become kinder, I want to stop seeing only negativity and bitterness in life for the whole world, I just want a quiet life. I hope you spent this Christmas with the people closest to you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
