I drew my OC Charcoal the Black Rabbit as a cousin. His name is Half Heart Rabbit, his powers are light, dark, friendship, hate, good, and bad combined! Good luck getting accepted in Care-a-lot, Charcoal.

It's been a long time since I watched an episode of The Care Bears Family. There was this villain called No Heart. His backstory and real face were unknown. Since he never showed his really face, I drew my interpretation of it.
