Publisher was mostly encouraging/prodding me to do more work related to the novel... I'm supposed to make some "thriller" artwork, and well, this is what I came up with. Still a pinup, and not that dramatic. Had something else in mind, but I'm not feeling great so screw it, here's a picture.
Sort of a scene from the actual book where Lexicon and Bass are on an assignment to extort a specific individual for information. So she's doing the whole black and evil ensemble with a gun with a silencer for extra covert operatives stuff. She's not exactly the "good guy" of the novel, but she does all this stuff because her corporate overlords tell her to.
Picture wise, this thing smells! Real bad! Sharpie markers all the way through. And even after a few days, it still reeks. This is a standard ink and stupid amounts of cross-hatching job in my failed attempt to do American comic style. I'll never be good at it, but here's a picture.
