Clockwork using his signature finale move called the "Judgement of the Thirteenth Hour". It basically causes time and space to unravel to the point it starts tearing itself apart and reform to his liking. If he is defeated or knocked unconscious, the consequences could be either drastic or benign; the benign being everything reverts to how it was before he started it.
