Style Journal (10/2020) - Letting Go (Pt. 3)
(Finally getting around to uploading some old artwork of mine!)
Letting Go <<< PREV | FIRST | NEXT >>>
As an example of how many projects I pick and drop before it gets anywhere, here's a handful of unfinished environments. I just felt the need to have to make something that was completely different from what I had before, but I also didn't have the ability to focus on a project that took more than two or three sessions to draw. I felt like I couldn't finish anything, and that I just couldn't draw. I was so frustrated with myself and I was ready to just give up. It wasn't until almost a year later that I would realize I had had undiagnosed ADHD this whole time. To this day, I still struggle with focus, but back then, it was so much more difficult to deal with. But hey, I'm here now and I'm getting better!
