Fortunately, it's a casino :) For Dizi's sake I hope he sticks to a strict budget, but I don't know if he will. If it had been an arcade with a Street Fighter II tournament about to take place or something, then yeah, Dizi might drink enough cocktails to be at a disadvantage for that ^^;
