Our main characters: Cassidy Astro meets a mentally deranged lunatic by the name of: Jexter Fox. Meet for the first time to solve the case of a kidnapped lady being tormented by another maniac holding the lady hostage somewhere in Indianapolis, Indiana, by torturing the woman with terrible videos and painful to listen to ASMR like people chewing with their mouths open, scratching on a chalkboard with sharp nails, obnoxious singing, etc. Jexter himself was locked up due to his intelligence and well manipulation, but he helps and assists Cassidy on her case to capture the maniac with clues as to what the wanted maniac looks like and what he's up to and the long history he has with the anonymous and mysterious creepy man. Yes this is a Silence of The Lambs parody!
