Natalia was an avid practitioner of Le Daie - a form of martial arts that could also be translated into form and movement. Altering her body's energies and releasing stress as she went through the poses. It had a calming effect on her psyche and she would often do it prior to battle to settle her nerves. Amongst her comrades, she was known to be calm on the battlefield and did not give in to fear. This was one of her secrets as to why.
