Poor Toby, seems he'll never be able to give up on his brother. Yes there is a little bit of Floyd left in Kowai, but for the most part he's dead and gone. But it's that little bit October is holding on to, that little bit he sees in those eyes that now burn with so much hatred, that little bit that's still just a typhogeny in pain and looking for someone to show him some genuine kindness. Maybe he can reach that he thinks.
