William loves his creations so much that he does not like that other civilizations invade other worlds, he punishes the civilizations that conquer and enslave other weaker civilizations by helping all their colonies and only leaving alive those with good hearts and good intentions.
all are equal in the eyes of William and all will be treated equally.
