Okay, I thought this would be fun. Check it out! We have the very first wristband I ever did (top) and its remake two years later (bottom)! Same number of beads and everything, but you can see how much nicer the new one is. Hooray uniform beads! The first time I was using that bulk crap you can get at Wal-Mart. Looks awful, doesn't it? The second time around (the first one decided to break; I don't use that clasp style anymore for that reason) I used nice Czech beads, wonderfully uniform off the hank. I decided to use more natural colors for the fox, but stuck with the original color scheme everywhere else. I also opted to use matte black on the ears, since the shiny gunmetal background kind of killed it and it was hard to see. I made the original band for my mate when we first met, and remade it for him when it broke. :}
