Agent 8U77 brought back a strange Lugia the other day. We brought him into the lab and something became immediately apparent- there was some kind of parasitic goo taking over his body! We tried all we could to revert them back to normal, but they seemed... hesitant to let us touch the goo, and I see why, as anything it touched for extended periods became just like it. His entire belly was goo, too, which meant we had to design a special suit to contain it and keep it from transforming anything. We've decided to keep him under supervision for now.
