Fun fact: RAF Upper Heyford in Oxfordshire doubled up as Feldstadt Air Base. It closed in the 1990s, but a lot of USAF buildings and infrastructure remain to this day.

Ì think that was RAF Northolt :)

Also, the train sequence was filmed on the Nene Valley Railway near Peterborough ^^

I admit when General Orlov revealed his plan to invade Western Europe with like a billion tanks I almost cheered. I think I have a bit of the Bond villain in me. Fnar fnar...well it is the Roger Moore era Bond after all. ;)

Ah yes, the movie where Melissa was at an 'all time high'. Pity Eon Productions were not as the film's plot and humour were criticized plus they had to contend with the unofficial remake of Thunderball to boot.

I saw NSNA at the Midtown Theater in Philadelphia in 1983, and when Sean delivered that one line, "Well, there was this girl in Philadelphia..." the entire audience lost it.
