What do you get when you combine fireproof predators and pyrokinetic prey? Completely useless natural defensive adaptations, that' what.
Fortunately this particular Vulpix doesn't seem interested in eating the poor bunny... unfortunately she has different plans for him.
So long as he can keep himself from burning those awfully thin and easy to catch fire strings tied around his toes, he'll be fine. If he can't... nah, don't worry. Such small ammount of water won't kill him - though it doesn't mean it'll be a pleasant experience.
My first ever non-pixel tickling art, and for now at least the only one featuring lickle torture. I'm not a big fan of it, but felt like drawing it that one time.
