I've noticed this type of reaction a frequently on these types of comics which are released a page a week.
Honestly, I don't think this type of story works for comics released in that manner -- it always works better to release them in larger chunks. IE, how a comic publisher would do it.
These plot threads get super-broken up and it's easy to either lose track of who has said what, or to feel like scenes like this are nails on a chalk board, because they just go on for months, over and over.
Again, it's the decision to release one page a week that is behind this feeling and how they are evenly spread out in small chunks, so you get a drip, drip, drip of plot. It's not an issue with the story itself.

Oh, I'm certainly not criticizing that! I think you're working pretty fast as it is. I just think this is a natural problem with comics that are released page-by-page, when they tell a story better told in chunks. For most of the time, it actually works out, but I've noticed in emotionally fraught sections, the method of release ends up turning people off because their own emotional investment is kept at a constantly high/worrisome point for many weeks, something you don't see in media released in other ways (comic books, TV series, movies, etc).
Right to the worst pain ever: loss of a family member. That feeling that just leaves you feeling gutted and broken, like a hole in the universe just opened up and nothing you do can fill it back in.
I feel Bailey has avoided that feeling most of her life. Now she's going to have to confront it for the very first time.

damn, so she read e-mails, she was in the loop and even with all this she never went back and apparently didn't even go to his funeral, totally abandoning her family like that?
ufff...
i mean, i know that everyone handles grief differently but damn, Bailey is a real fucking bitch XD
i don't blame Seph for his attitude towards her at all...
Bailey's got a lot of work to do if she wants to regain her siblings trust
