It's Tundra Flame, the Drago-Jin, a character I haven't drawn for some time. I redesigned her a little bit, so she will be looking different than the last picture.
Tundra Flame herself is a nice person, once you get her to trust you, and she is very curious about what she calls "Surfacers". Not too much is known about Tundra, as nobody has been able to meet her face to face, or even know she exists. She does don a disguise when she is away from her secret home, and she does try to get information on "surfacers" for her own knowledge, hoping to find out why there was such a problem between "surfacers" and hr own kind, the Drago-Jin.
The Drago-Jin are a race of anthropomorphic animals that live in a hidden city, and they do not like the "surfacers", due to a conflict between the two civilizations. They are ruled over by a woman known as "Empress", and she doesn't allow anything too enjoyable to happen. She does punish those under her rule, for doing anything having to do with love, relationships, or even if they question her motives. Empress strikes fear into the rest of the Drago-Jin civilization, and they serve her regardless of what they, themselves, may believe. Empress is like a god to the Drago-Jin.
Tundra Flame, however, has escaped the civilization, without being found, and has been able to make her way to the world outside, She is very suspicious of Empress's motives, and so she aims to figure out the truth.
Drago-Jin are actually shorter than the average human male, and are predominantly female. They usually have three tails, and they have oddly colored eyes. Their fur color is not the usual colors that you often see in the usual furry group, and their own kind's actual species is unknown. They seem to have canine like qualities, but their tails suggest some sort of feline arrangement, while their eyes resemble that of a dragon's. Their civilization is dependent on crystals they can farm around their home city of "Gospel", and are used for many different purposes, like power, heat, ammo, magical energy, and communication. Their nature isn't quite yet known, but it has been fabled that they are not very active as free beings, and so the Drago-Jin do not show much happiness, or much emotion. Even Tundra may come off as a bit cold and unfeeling, but that's because of the Empress beating the belief of "Fun and independence is bad" into every Drago-Jin. As for males in the group, the males do not have any special place in the Drago-Jin community, because there are only 15% of the race beings being male, and they are only used for reproduction purposes. Tundra aims to change things, but even she has had issues adjusting to everything outside of Gospel. Drago-jin are also the first evolved species on Neo-Mobius (my fictional planet where 99% of my characters live)
The only other individual that knows about Drago-Jin is Aurora Phoenix, as she was around during the conflict. Every other "surfacer" only thinks that the Drago-Jin were never real, and never existed, because it has been a couple millennia since anyone ever saw one for sure.
