Jaliba is a 22 year old eagle. She's full of hyper go on energy. She can be a bit aggressive to more arrogant birds. She has the powers of a electricity and cube wisp, the cube wisp power being most commonly used with her punches and kicks. While she herself doesn't fly without gear, she can still glide. Using her speed, she can reach far distances with her jumps. The blue lines on her gloves and shoes help indicate how long the surrounding cube would remain, however without these on it would be guess work on how long cubes would remain.
