I don't know how I forgot to put this one up.
I went on and on about how I wanted a character that was a secretary bird and then just forget to put him up after i design him? Ridiculous!
Charles is the captain of the M.A.D (Magical Anomalies Division) and all around kinda stuffy. His work is very important and he takes it very seriously. Just think cop, but like people you call in when its a dragon or a unicorn on the loose instead of a criminal. Though magic crime is a thing too i suppose.
Of characters I put up before both Mellisa and Hemlock work for him.
