This guy sorta came out of nowhere, but 
WiProgress hosted a fun stream where we had to design characters with 3 random words as prompts, and mine were Normal, Strap and Union. The result?
A somewhat quick to anger Lickitung who's very vehement about worker's rights. Always reads very thoroghly and acts in a serious way despite looking and sounding ridiculous.
Name: Hachts Kleimer (Hachts pronounced like "hats")
Gender: Male
Orientation: Asexual or Straight, idk yet
Age: 36
Species: Lickitung
Level: 68
Height: 3'9" (114cm)
Occupation: Worker's union representative
Personality: Takes himself a bit too seriously. Very detail oriented and can be somewhat quick to anger. Doesn't like to see situations where other pokemon are on unequal footing. Easy to tease. He's a well meaning extremeist who isn't all that extreme. Likes hugs.
Voice: Just a tad nasal and a little deep. Sounds kinda like Brainy from Hey Arnold. Has a VERY thick lisp that makes him pronounce all "s" and "z" sounds like "th", which is true for all Lickitung and Lickiliky. Gets thicker when he's flustered, almost to the point of incomprehensibility.
Favorite dinner: Weiswurst mit Kazespaetzle (mostly the spaetzle because he eats everything in one gulp)
Notes: 1) The belts near the top of his legs are anti-chaffing gear because he isn't the lightest Lickitung. He thinks they look fashionable, and thankfully a few other heavy-bottomed pokemon around the city feel the same.
2) The messenger bags on either side of his tail hold copies of NDAs and his own notes, as well as some visual aids. He uses special paper so he can grab sheets without tongue cuts.
3) Even though the world he's from does not have an equivilant of Germany, he does have the equivilant of German ancestry. The Tyrolean hat was a recent purchase, but he likes to continue wearing it.
4) He lives in the same "pokemon are people" world that Tommy the Toxel lives in, full of both feral and anthroed pokemon living their lives just as people would. In fact he lives in the same big city as Tommy. They do actually know each other, though the reasons for it are... rather interesting (as in, fetishy).
