A dense fog impenetrable by daylight. Nobody could explain this odd supernatural phenomenon...or predict the horrors that would result because of it."

Got some hot steaming lore for ya!

"Day 0" refers to the day where 6 mysterious and menacing holes appeared in the sky and plunged all the covered areas into darkness. Out of this curtain of darkness came out these hostile, bloodthirsty monsters that started attacking and killing anybody they had in their sights. Wave after wave, these damned creatures came out as panic spread throughout the area. Law enforcement and military spread thin to the point of breaking while trying to evacuate areas and killing these invaders. In order to try and quell the chaos of the evacuations, looting, and attacks; an order was passed that incentivized people to form factions to help their communities. Which such an order, came predictably mixed results. You did have your 'vigilantes' and 'hunters' who pursued criminals and the monsters to keep order...you also have your criminal gangs and syndicates that rose to take advantage of the chaos.

Proxous was already a name with a great reputation before Day 0. They gained quite a bit of fame aiding in help to the stabilization of society. After an insane couple of months...life actually seemed to resume to what some would call 'almost normal'. Despite nobody having a clue as to what, how, and why the Skymarkers appeared...people have adapted cautiously to living their lives the best they could while avoiding and hunting these strange monsters.

One day however, another thunderous boom erupted as the Skymarkers expanded significantly. The big inky curtain now covered a much larger area. To make matters worse, another wave of monsters was released to the public.

Day 0 is the precursor to all the current events in my universe. It is the point and time when all these paranormal phenomenons and creatures appeared. Grimby and the others at Proxous have a goal to help protect people and get to the bottom of this bizarre time frame.

Eventually Grimby will meet someone who has the answers to all the questions.








An idea I wanted to conceptualize for a while now. Added to some cityscape practice, I want to expand more about my creative world in general.

I plan to make more lore pics in the future with some other goodies as well.
