Max has been adopted by the Ralts that he promised to meet again (from the anime episode "Do I Hear a Ralts"), though instead of him growing up to be a trainer as intended she instead grew up to be his mummy!
I and supergoku15 had the pairing idea when we were doing a RP based on this picture https://www.furaffinity.net/view/49201378/. :GalladeGuy later also had the same idea and suggested a few ideas including this scene, her lovingly holding and cuddling him.

Gardevoir's arms and Max's body aren't good but I had the file corrupted and had to redo it and I unfortunatly just didn't feel up to redoing it as good as it was.

I was going to do 1 more with him being carried on the shoulders of Gardevoir (who knows when given me). I was going to dress him the same way but if you have another suggestion I am happy to hear.
As for a dressing scene sure but I would like another bipedal pokemon family would nice as Gardevoir has been done alot.

I am not really fond of feminism/boys in dresses but eh. He can be dressed like a kirlia.
In my head cannon its a tunic because its gender neutral and it it has the slit in the front, naturely you are free to see it as a dress.
He must have been with them for a while to grow up that much ^^
