Ingredients:
2 rabbits
4 carrots
3 stocked of celery
one pack of rosemary
4 cloves of garlic.
half a box of campbell’s pho broth
Cool runnings caribbean spices &roasted garlic
splash of olive oil

*This was cooled on my smoker for about 9 hours on 200-250 degrease with a few chances of Mesquite adds about half way.*
Directions:
Sprinkle a good amount of the caribbean spice on both sides of the rabbit and then wrap up in tinfoil and let sit in the fridge over night. Next get out a roasting pan and then peal the carrots and cut the carrots as well as the celery in to big chunks about 3 inch. Next slice up the onion into rings then add the vegetables in to the roasting pandas then peal the garlic and add to the pan as well as the rosemary. Sprinkle some more of the caribbean spice over every thing in the pan and asdd a splash of olive oil. Set the rabbits in the roasting pan and then add about half of the pho broth and set it on the grill of your smoker and let it cook until done.
