The older father to my fursona's mate, Joseph Paulo.
Born to Alvar Paulo and Yarah Paulo (1927-1972) in 1954 in Sao-Paulo Brazil, he would be drafted into the Brazilian Army in 1972, and served until 1975 when he initially resigned.
During the major economic crisis in the 70's, Andrew found himself in dire poverty, living in a dirty favela outside of Sao-Paulo, where he eventually married his current wife Marie in June of 1979.
With war breaking out against rebel forces, Andrew re-enlisted into the military in 1981, during his time in service, learning that his first son, Joseph was born in October 1982.
Fighting bloody battles against Colombian communists, Andrew was badly wounded in 1983, taking two 7.92mm rounds smashing into his left arm, and one taking off part of his left ear. Returning back to civilian life when the war ended in late 1983, he was determined to make life better for his family by leaving to the United States in May of 1984, his own father flying them to the US on a Brazil Air DC-10-30F Cargo plane.
Opening a gun store up initially in Philadelphia, they later resettled in the smaller town of Newark, OH in 1986 where business has since flourished for Andrew Paulo and his son who works with him in selling, buying, and refurbishing guns.
A loving family man, and at times a sarcastic asshole, Andrew never fails to entertain people.
