I noticed last night when I was lying on the bed covers so as to minimize contact with anything, I just passed out, comfortable even though I’d left the window open and it got down to 6C overnight. When I woke up I hadn’t had a single wake up episode, much less a low key panic attack.
One of my meds doubles for anxiety and hypertension, and without being able to swallow pills meaningfully I’d been taking it sublingually. I ran out last week and the chemist was backlogged on those, but had a different type I got a month supply, but was advised to ease into the change because they’re more potent. So I skipped a day and then… forgot them. And I’ve been fine? BP monitor says I’m a bit low now what with my regular antihypertensive. Cholesterol is normal. I’ll see what happens if I ease off either or move to a lower dose.
One health condition that hasn’t changed any is my tendency to sugar crash. I can’t pack down sugars and proteins as before. I can take sugar pills sublingually, but proteins to prevent another crash are harder to digest now. The suit seems to hate cheese, and breaks it down rapidly without passing it along, thinking it’s rotten milk maybe? Meats digest weird as well like a foreign matter. So I’ve been trying alternate proteins and so far have found the suit loves peanut butter. I even braved lentils and chickpeas, two things I could barely digest before.
Note I am a carnivore. I am not made for digesting vegetable matter. I mean, I can, but it flows right through. Or used to. If this suit is preferring a Vegan diet I’ll need to supplement b12, and cope with the weird looks I get for being a lynx… ordering a bean salad.

Love this adorable photo! ^.=.^ Hope you can sort things out. Here's a page that pulls sources directly from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), a doctor-supported source featuring fact-checked infographics and more, if it helps: pcrm.org/good-nutrition
