Starting off Inktober this year, is the next Discworld novel and the second book in the Moist von Lipwig saga. This is Book 36: Making Money. Lord Vetinari is eager for more capital to fund excavations for ancient artifacts in his city of Ankh-Morpork. He then entrusts the man who restored the Post Office, Moist von Lipwig to get the city's bank back in order. The banks owner was a wife to the Lavish Family. Who are eager for her to die and thus treat the bank of the city as their twisted hearts desired. But the joke's on them; as she left her estate and bank to her dog and her dog to Moist von Lipwig. In other words, Moist runs the bank, whether he wants to or not.
