This is Uriel Weiss, also know by few as the Ice Queen. When Fredrick Secal refuse to accept his heritage as the last Monster Hunter's, his granfather, in a desperate attempt to maintain the linage, knock him unconscious and place him in a humanoid-size containment chamber to alter and transform him into the perfect super hunter, using trace DNA of their ancestral bloodline as a based. However, an freak accident with the cooling system cause leakage liquid nitrogen to fill into the chamber. What would of been a tragic failure instead, against the odds, become a success; however, there were serious side-effect due to the inclusion of the liquid nitrogen and the DNA sequences. Somehow, Fredric has been transform into a slightly taller, athletics woman (base from one of the DNA of a female monster hunter of the medieval era), thus giving birth to Uriel Weiss. Although the transformation isn't permanent and will revert back to her former self, if Fredrick were to be expose to a certain of cold temperature, the winter huntress will soon come out and hunt down the creature of night.

Unlike her former self, who is a wild party man, Uriel is a more "all work and no play" kind of woman, rarely even showing any expression other than her cold glare and authoritarian tone. She is a master in the art of hand-to-hand combat, while recently has gain great proficiency and knowledge in the usages of guns (pistol, rifle, shotgun, etc.). Her main power is the ability to reduce the kinetic energy of atoms thereby reducing the temperature and thus able to generate, manipulate, and/or absorb ice. She is even able to imbue the power of ice into her weapons, which are very using to either explode shard of icicle or even cause a body to be frozen. But what make her deadly isn't her physical prowess or her cryokinetic, but in fact her tactician mind and superhuman-level intelligent that make her able to always be ten-step ahead of her prey, and always prepare to make ten back-up plans if one should fail.
