Before being employed at The Panda's Pedal, he worked at various different clubs in various different places. While he's known as a manager and essentially a dom, he was a ticklee at a couple points of his life, and a more personal tickler. All of that interested Mona G. Ose, a fantastic reporter and journalist, as she was looking for another story to report on. She contacted him, after a few days he responded back agreeing to an interview, and the show was on! They met at where he works today, The Panda's Pedal, a place to buy tickle toys and to have tickles with various of the 'employees'. Mona was prepared for the interview, doing some research about him prior, learning that he absolutely loved feathers. So as the interview started, she pulled out a feather she recently bought, and started to wave it over Jay's paws, which wasn't hard to get to since he always puts his feet up on furniture. Jay realized the situation and could only think of one thing:

"I must be missing out on this interview stuff, it's quite fun!"
