I'd like to finally introduce you guys to Justice Flame! I've had him around for a while now, but never drew him or had him drawn before.
Huh? What's that? Aizen? No, this can't possibly be him... Right? No, Justice Flame's a superhero; not some ordinary guy.
Anyways, Justice Flame has no superpowers, not counting his Pokémon moves. He relies on tools and gadgets to get the job done.
On both wrists he wears some sort of device. Despite its small size, it actually contains a lot! Mainly wire. He can fire grappling hooks from them, which is his preferred way of getting around. It also contains lockpicking tools among other things. If not for hammerspace, there's no way it'd all fit in. They also bear his symbol as seen on his chest. (NOTE: Other wrist device not visible here due to angle.)
His leg pouch is for storing other tools to use, as well as other important things he might need on a case. It's more spacious than it looks. He may or may not have a second pouch behind it out of view. Haven't decided.
His boots have spines at the tips. Y'now, for combat. Even though he prefers to avoid fighting.
The metallic belt he wears doubles as a capture device. He just has to press the button on it to get it off him and he can clamp it around any bad guy. No worries! He has spares! He takes those along on every job.
His cape's just there to look cool and doesn't let him fly. Sure is a good thing his suit's fireproof. That tail flame's quite literally against it. Also, is it just me or is it suspiciously non-windy on this rooftop? (Not seen: The same symbol is on the back of the cape as is on his chest.)
Finally, his mask. Both of his eyes are covered by a visor that lets him scan objects to collect info on them (such as weaknesses in structures among other things) as well as allow for night vision. Near his maw is a built-in voice modulator on both sides that changes his voice so he sounds less like... Okay, I give up. It's really Aizen. He uses the voice modulator to change his voice to hide his identity.
Oh, and there's a hidden built-in distress beacon in his mask should he need it.
