This isn't honestly an uncommon sight and occurrence for Krieger both with Blitzo and on his jobs.

For starters in his line of works he either has to contain someone somehow or dispose of them.

Now for how he knows the eccentric owner of IMP well...Blitzo happened to be one of his bounties when the imp went and jumped bail...again. So he is not only familiar with where the company is but also what it does but doesn't spill cause to him. That's not his business.

Plus it's also a whole political issue that he doesn't want to get into.

Either way, the hound will sometimes get a call from the company to help out one way or another in this case getting Blitzo out of a bad situation.

...Krieger is gonna need mouthwash when this is over.
