I think the both of you are jumping to conclusions too early. We still don't have enough evidence to consider pointing fingers yet. We should take a good look at those paw prints in the picture, and follow them.

Besides, they look too small to belong to a big cat. So that eliminates a large portion of potential suspects. So maybe, it's possibly a small cat?

Nukra XRay Atomzic only has THREE toes on each of her paws, you two. And her paws are shaped in the symbol for nuclear radiation.

Kinda had a feeling that it wasn't her, Snow. So, who could it be then? Since I highly doubt that a bear can do a handstand while lifting a toe off the ground. They're simply too heavy and not agile enough to even pull off such a feat.

Latexie wears boots ALL THE TIME, and his paws are much different: his heel is shaped like the business end of the GAU-8 in his A-10C with FIVE toes per paw.

Zera Eleckfire Dragon-sen's paws are shaped as follows: His heel is shaped like the symbol for BIOHAZARDOUS substances, (i.e. - Blood), and has 3 toes per paw - 2 up front and 1 in back. Shang-fong's paws, or more correctly his claws, have two DIFFERENT amounts of toes - Shang-fong's hands have FOUR fingers, while his feet bear 7 toes - five up front and two in the rear. Also, his palms/heels feature a center shaped like the symbol for FLAMMABLE substances, (i.e. - Oil). Nicole "Nikki" Starling's paws, or more correctly her feet and hands, are standard Swampert footprints and hands. Nightstein's paws, or more correctly her hands and feet, brandish a heel shaped like the symbol for POISONOUS substances, (i.e. - VX, or Venomous Agent X), and bears a total of THREE toes. Toxcape "Toxi" Sludager's paws don't EVEN have a set shape, as this is because Toxi is a living mound of EXTREMELY TOXIC SLUDGE. Dragsflare Tengo's paws, or more correctly his claws, features a heel that is shaped like a 500 lb. bomb and has 3 claws, ALL three which are up front.

It's pretty clear, that it ain't anyone of your OC's.

Sure, why not? About Will-bot? That I do not know, since I have no clue on how his paws look like. Being made out of metal and all that jazz.

Will-bot's "paws" are an EXACT copy William's paws, but Will-bot can change it's "paw prints" at WILL! HOWEVER, Will-bot cannot imitate the paw prints of ALL my OCs!!

Interesting fact, but... I higy doubt that Will-bot is to blame, since he is based off of William. Which happens to be the exact same species that you, Snow B.A.R. Leopardcess, happens to be. As I have said before, those pawprints look too small to belong to any big cat.
