Nope, she is a deer he is a horse. The dead give away is the teeth, horses have teeth up front then a gap and again in the back third of the jaw, Deer do not have a separate set of teeth up front. The there's the pointy bit in the nose which is present in horse skulls and not in deer skulls.
That's because he's got his skull on the outside, it distorts the shape a bit. I would not be surprised if his face was just bony plating and there's a skull inside holding things together that's somewhat different. As for resemblance of a deer or cow, it's missing the features for that but the artist may reveal new things as the series goes on to explain it.
Nope. Nigel doesn't throw blame at Luna for something so small.
He's actually more likely to blame the pants themselves, as well as himself for creating the hole.
One thing you have to give Credit to Nigel for... He slings blame accurately... Even if the Fault is his own...
...And kid's got a LOT of Self-Blame stored up. I get the feeling if Emotions could be given mass, Nigel wouldn't need a weapon to defeat Rah-Jan, he'd just drop the skyscraper sized brick that is his own Self-Hatred on Rah-Jan.
