yeah! I was inspired by the Slowpoke Well in GSC, and by GSC [and some HGSS] in general especially! I thought it would be cute if there was a cute floating staryu that wanted to "help" others (i.e. the replacement chansey/lucky) and it ends up helping an slowpoke, becoming its new tail instead. fun stuff!
