What's the main premise behind Tarnished Gold? Is it about Johto being corrupted by something?

yep! It's just a brainworld for a bunch of sandboxing pokemon fun, and I don't really like to delve into finer details because that's just not my jam, i'm more focused on the fun aspects, mainly interactions between a very cute human lady and monsters with a touch of deafness

but basically, it's like pokemon: legends arceus but with johto (and kanto) and it's all warped space and stuff, so it's a lot colder/corrupted yeah. It's based on the idea of an alternate timeline that Azure is isekaied into, by unown. The alt timeline would be where, when Ho-oh's creations (raikou, suicune, entei) were rejected, he kinda maybe turned all of humankind into ashes.

That's an awesome idea, especially with how underutilized Ho-oh tends to be as a legendary. I'm absolutely looking forward to seeing lovely Azure interact with these many cute beasties. Maybe one or two of the pokemon can even sign to her
