I simply HAD to, you see. I like Constable Neyla. I know she's a traitor, I know she's looking out for herself above anyone else, and I know that she uses people to do that. Honestly? I don't care. I actually think that's what makes her awesome. She's kinda like Mephiles the Dark or David Xanatos; if you heard of her, you'd know well to keep your distance, but if you actually met her, she'd be so charming and charismatic, you probably couldn't help but be drawn to her. She'll deceive you and manipulate you into doing what she wants, and chances are you won't even realize it's happening until she's stabbed you in the back. (or, in Arpeggio's case, eat you) And she'll be suave and smooth the whole time she's doing it. In other words, not the sort of character you should associate with in real life, but who can be a whole goldmine of fascination.

...Also, I really really like her design. I mean...purple striped kitty with green eyes? It's like she was designed just for me! I know that's shallow; hey, I'm only human.
