Pokémon Co. revealed a new Pokémon, who uses paint to mark his territory. It reminded me of a fanmade Pokémon by Lockstin ^{video here} - a POISON/DARK version and evolution of Smeargle based on hoodlums with spray cans. (Also, shar peis.) The subjects are uncolored in this because,,, see, I first found out about Grafaiai from an offhanded Twitter post, and I thought that was the most boring way to find out, so when i had the idea for this drwing, i couldn't go post an offhanded doodle of my own, that would weigh on my conscience. In my mind, if i left out the creature's color palette, then it only be half-revealing the new design to ppl out of the know.
