The orderlys forgot to take off his pants and his glasses. That is part of the restraint code for the HOSPITAL. The depressed cat find that odd. But he tries to wiggle out of his straitjacket but obviously he can't. And they left them in the same diaper without changing. He does help somebody checks on him. Before the voices get bad for the poor cat.
