An eyeless horned thing with dagger-like fingers and a leering grin waits outside in the dark. Two of its horns are curled right into its cheeks and lift its mouth into a forced smile but the others are all jagged and tangled. Its icy claws grow longer and its grin parts to reveal a tongue pierced by icicles, cold mist swirling from its jaws.
