That little flame from the dragon's mouth is really cool! I like how you drew the raindrops in the opposite direction of the leaves and the dragon, and the clouded sky gives the sensation that it has been raining for a long, long time...It made me think about this song from Porcupine Tree called it will rain for a million times, https://youtu.be/RlEIo0WPn58 I can see this dragon wandering the land caught in a neverending rain :)
