Description:
Strictness and dignity are what made Angelica the queen of underwater city of Meropis, but carrying with them for long could evolve into stubbornness born out of pride. However, they allowed her to be feared and taken seriously and even by her strongest enemies, but what about them on the surface? Even though no one had been aware of what the red-glowing stone was capable of, even after getting the word on what happened between Razor the Shark and Akhlut the Orca, Queen Angelica was stern yet confident that her city guards would remain strong and firm in ensuring safety of her citizens.

However, the earlier said attributes also led to serious mistakes, having gone against her favor on multiple occasions. And this case, it was no exception. While she remained in the castle dealing with local problems around the city, her husband King Puff and some of her guards were at the walls, bearing witness to multiple brutish attacks done by big and muscular warriors on helpless citizens. King Puff even caught an eye on Razor entering Coral the Betta's cave and was horrified to see such a small, innocent and good-hearted priestess turn into her almost complete opposite counterpart, turning against her own young apprentice. Furthermore, he noticed two of his guards trying to deal with Coral and Razor but one ended up caught and corrupted by the red-glowing stone, while another managed to bring the manta ray girl inside the city walls. This was then followed by the enemy warriors' numerous attempts to break down the said walls.

King Puff on his part was almost no different from his anglerfish spouse, but after realizing what their new enemies were capable of, he attempted to warn Angelica about it. But when she shrugged off dismissively, Puff lost it, by immediately inflating himself and starting rolling, scaring the shocked anglerfish into the closest balcony. There, she watched her citizens crying solely to help them as they recalled what they had witnessed. And then, she saw several muscularized warriors attempted to break through the large city glass, leaving behind medium-sized cracks.

Such was a very severe situation, that Angelica was forced to initiate the city-wise evacuation, while King Puff willingly lead big yet manageable groups of refugees, all bound for north. Even Angelica had to let her own daughter and princess Undina join the refugees. Eventually, for who knew how long, the very last group of Meropis citizens was eventually set to leave their city and venture north. Sometime later, she remained alone (except two guards), and then would get caught off guard by no one other than Coral the Betta, who went through the secret passage.

The process of going through the transformation by the red-glowing stone (brought over by Coral) was usually the same, but then Angelica developed her dark desire to turn her own family into muscular warriors, something that some warriors also had somehow obtained. However, even if she wanted to go after her husband and daughter, her original attributes took reign with pragmatism, prompting her to decisively remain in Meropis, planning to turn the said city into a large base for both water-breathing and surface-dwelling warriors alike, even when she caught a lone intruder from the far north. She preferably had the seal girl and her fellow freedom fighters deal with the Northern Ocean refugees in their region instead. The much bigger Akhlut took word about the recent situation, and called Angelica out for not going after her fleeing citizens immediately, only to be reminded that muscular warriors irradiated by the red-glowing stone had grown accustomed to hot and rough levels of hostile environment. In fact, Angelica was so uncertain about the extreme cold in that region in comparison to the current state of the Northern Ocean, and feared that her fellow warriors would not react well with the extreme opposite environment. Seeing her point, Akhlut brought up about cold resistance technology made by Dr. Eggman himself and suggested mass producing such here in Meropis, in which the anglerfish agreed.
