So she managed to get up onto the roof today. I’m not entirely sure how to be perfectly honest. And when I asked her, she mainly just responded by claiming that Felix was taunting her to do it. Whether or not that is true is up for debate. Felix has not shown any semblance of his humanity other than the very rare instance of preference for one thing or another.
But it’s a feat that even natural born foxes would find nearly impossible to do, especially with everything being super slick with it being winter time. And her body isn’t fully changed yet. Though I suppose that might be part of it. Her legs would still be slightly longer than a fox’s, thus more propulsion. And coupled with a human mind might be able to strategize far more effectively. Honestly I’m somewhat impressed.
Even still, not concerned about the roof itself. She’s light enough now that there’s no risk of her damaging anything unless she really went out of her way to do so. That said, she was a bit too shy about simply jumping off or going down the way she went up so I had to set up a ladder, go up there and get her. Felix, of course, just sat there and watched the whole thing.
