A really beautiful little set. Like-- it very evocatively expresses a sense of emptiness, and that something should be in this path, or is coming down this path in any moment-- so it feels palpably like a kind of set. The patch of sunlight also kind of calls the viewer forward into the image. It's a beautiful little landscape.
