Oooh! Just the "Thumbnail" still image of this project would make an interesting reference photo as the interplay of light and the positioning of the tools makes for a fascinating, if not "Dynamic" composition. Even in my college lampworking experiences, I never got to work on anything that big.
I have always been fascinated by the reflections of light, especially on glass. Even in my art studies I tried to draw glass on paper , but it was very complicated.
Also could you tell me what you did in glass in college do you remember the name of the glass devices? I'm really interested!

I modified an Erlenmeyer flask with a glass tube sticking out of it for some sort of project the Professor was working on. I have no idea what happened to it. I stretched test tubes, and closed up small, spherical vessels with water inside to build a "Galileo's Thermometer" but that's about all. That was about 44 years ago.
