I thought I'd make a proper ref for Luke.

I think he's probably my best OC I ever made because I love how we written him in the comic.
Hopefully the readers would like him too as soon as the book is done.

To briefly explain his bio:
Luke was born in Houston, Texas 1968 and when he was four years old, his father Shane died in the Vietnam war. Luke spent most of his youth practicing martial arts and after high school, he joined the Texas Rangers in hopes of following his father's footsteps of serving his country. However a year later, Luke used his martial arts training on a fleeing suspect and accidently killed said suspect. His captain deemed him "too violent" and forced him to transfer to the LAPD in California, much to Luke's chagrin.

This only fueled Luke's rage as he has existing anger issues and being moved to what he calls "a backwards left wing shit hole" was an insult to his pride, and the fact that there's a masked vigilante making the police look bad doesn't help. But Luke must overcome his insecurities and learn to trust this mysterious vigilante in order to take down the real villains of this story.
